Our Staff
Our coaching staff brings college and professional experience to every lesson, practice, and game day — chosen as much for their ability to mentor as their baseball knowledge. We take pride in the relationships our coaches build with every athlete, creating a positive, high-level environment both on and off the field.

Gregg Coulter
President
Gregg co-founded Premier Baseball Club in 2014 and is also the owner/operator of The Lumber Yard in Vancouver, WA. He brings 20 years of coaching experience and a sincere passion for sharing the game with local baseball youth.

Jack Russell
Trainer & Coach
Jack played baseball at The College of Southern Idaho in 1989 and for the University of Oregon club team in 1991 - 92. He graduated from the U of O in 1994 with a degree in Recreational Management, Tourism and Design. Jack has been coaching, instructing and training since 1995.

Chris Sperry
Trainer & Advisory Staff Member
Chris Sperry is a baseball consultant who develops players and amateur coaches, assists professional scouts, and counsels families of prospective college-bound student-athletes. He holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Portland, where he also served as head baseball coach for 18 years. His key interests are in player and personal development as they pertain to life in and beyond sports.

Cory Niten
Trainer & Coach
Cory has been coaching with Premier Baseball Club since 2023 and brings collegiate playing experience to the program. At Bluefield University in Virginia, Cory appeared in 38 games for the Rams, recording 9 wins, 4 losses, 17 saves, a 3.82 ERA, and 2 complete game shutouts while making 2 NCCAA World Series appearances. Prior to Bluefield, he played two seasons at Clark College. Cory brings energy and leadership to the program while helping athletes develop both their skills and character on and off the field.

Cameron Smith
Trainer & Coach
Cam is a former Premier Baseball Club and Prairie High School standout who has been coaching with Premier since 2021. He has played a major role in the development of our youth program, mentoring young athletes to build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the game.

Nolan Murphy
Trainer & Coach
Nolan joined Premier Baseball Club in 2025, bringing a strong playing background and dedication for player development. A standout from Alaska, Nolan was part of a 2019 Alaska State Championship team and earned the 2020 Alaska State Batting Title. He went on to pitch for Central Washington University from 2022–2024, where he was named a 2023 Co-Captain and earned GNAC All-Academic honors. In 2024, Nolan also pitched for the Mat-Su Miners in the Alaska Baseball League.
